早上不太舒服, 所以沒去上班, 在家裡休息…. 下午有去魚市場看一下, 順便買了一些生魚片當晚餐. 回到家後. 找到個叫做”5 ways to lose 5 kilos”的文章. 還滿有趣的. I don’t really need to lose weight, but I’d love to lose some fat….

說早上一定要吃早餐, 而且要吃很多fibre的食物. Weet-Bix就不錯. 我在想說要不要買一盒回辦公室慢慢吃…. 還有就是吃東西要慢慢吃, 這個我應該沒問題? 煮東西盡量少加油, 還有要多喝綠茶…. 不過聽說茶包的不行呢. 一定要用茶葉泡出來的綠茶才有效. 這五個方法我想我只用的著兩個. 哎呀呀….. 真的要減肥啦! 最近吃得比較多的樣子呢….
