Macromedia Studio 8 – OUT NOW
10 days ago I went to the launch event… Today Macromedia sent out notice that the product’s out already!! Now just need to get my hands on it somehow….. :D
Products in Macromedia Studio 8:
- Dreamweaver 8
- Flash Professional 8
- Fireworks 8
- Contribute 3
- FlashPaper 2
Both Dreamweaver and Flash Professional has components associated with Adobe’s photoshop software. Fireworks I don’t remember exactly, but I’m guessing it’s got filters from photoshop as well! Contribute is kinda like Macromedia’s version of Microsoft’s “Windows SharePoint Services” except all it manages is the web site. FlashPaper saves documents in .swf format (like a flash animation), but instead of being an animation, it works like a PDF file but loads a lot faster. I wonder what Adobe thinks of that lol…
