Ever wonder what is the next big thing for keyboard technology? There was the PS/2 keyboard, then came the USB keyboard, the multimedia keyboard, the wireless keyboard, and the Microsoft and Logitech over the top keyboards with scroll bars, figerprint reader and… but nothing is as amazing as the new Optimus Keyboard that will come out to the market on Feb 1, 2006.

Each of the buttons on this keyboard is a customisable mini OLED colour display that allows you to tailor the picture displayed on the key. With the new Optimus keyboard, you will be able to load different keyboard layouts for different siturations. You can have keys that changes case when the cap lock is pressed; loads different language mappings to the keys and switch your keyboard between Chinese and Russian; you can even change the key displays to pictures for shortcuts as well as action keys for a 3rd person shooter game.
