数独 Sudoku
Been feeling very dull today…. so I went online and did a search on a game called “Sudoku”. I’ve heard about this game before, and seen it on the shelves of K-Mart, but never really bothered to find out what it’s all about.
So I did a search on “Sudoku” using Google (well, it IS the best search engine). A whole list of results were generated… Wikipedia had a very detailed explanation of the game. Whereas some web sites such as websudoku.com only used one sentence to explain the game LOL.
The game is easy enough to play, however it can be time consuming as you advance through the “levels”. Wikipedia explains more about what these so-called “levels” are. And so… I spent most of the night playing the easy and medium levels on websudoku.com, managed to become faster and faster and feeling more confident after 20 games or so :S
They say that playing a game of Sudoku each day is good for your brain as it trains your lateral thinking skills, a skill that you don’t use very often unless you play Sudoku! So ya… I’ve decided that whenever I’m bored like really really don’t-know-what-to-do bored, I’d play either Sudoku or continue to play Minesweeper to keep my brain working…. otherwise I’ll just dig into my mountain of books on the shelf.
