外國人吃太多oily的食物. 所以政府都在promote說吃豆類的比較健康. 問題是, 現在研究出來可能常常喝豆漿沒幫助, 反而會讓心臟病患者的病變得更嚴重…. 現代人吃得太好啦~ 有些人體質遺傳不能吃dairy foods, 只好多吃豆類食品補充. 所以一直吃豆類食物, 跟一直吃dairy foods是差不多的. 不一定是好事. 很多人明知吃油炸食物不健康, 可是他們就是偏偏喜歡吃…. 沒辦法, 所以就繼續吃下去…. 知道自己有事也要繼續吃…. ~”~ 小孩子也是從小就喜歡吃chips之類的. 要改善的話就要從我們這一代開始囉….. 吃健康點, 下一代才會跟著一起健康. 簡單來說, 現在的人比較多牙齒問題, 是與進化有關聯的. 古代人的jaw都比較大, 因為他們需要把肉咬碎. 後來人類學會煮東西來吃. 食物變比較軟了, 就不需要那麼大的jaw去用力把食物咬碎. 所以人類進化, jaw size 慢慢的變小. 人也不需要智齒了. 因為小的jaw根本沒位置讓智齒長出來. 沒長智齒的朋友….. 恭喜你! 因為你比其他人 more evolved 才會沒智齒…..
