有情人節, 就要有白色情人節. 在日本, 情人節(2月14日)是女生送巧克力給男生. 巧克力分兩種 – 友チョコ (“Tomo choco”) is an obligatory chocolate for male colleagues and friends 和 本命チョコ (“Honmei choco”) is for the real deal. 有時候女生會買20-30盒 友チョコ…. 白色情人節(3月14日) – White Day – 是1980年代才開始興起的”節日”. 給男生一個機會還個人情給女生. 聽說這時候的巧克力比情人節的還要貴. 日本的巧克力店真好賺! 他們太會宣傳了. 無聊找到個我不會用到的blog parts, 覺得滿可愛就放上來囉 :P

感覺上次煮蝦仔煎的醬料味道有點像韓式炒年糕的醬. 反正都有醬了, 去買了韓式年糕當今晚的菜~ 我們調的醬稍微甜了點, 加點辣豆板醬(?)後就ok了. 好吃好吃~~

最近我和B看到一個蚵仔煎的食譜. 可惜買不到蚵仔, 只好用蝦來代替. 不知道是食譜的問題還是我們看食譜有問題, 做出來的食物跟照片裏的有點不一樣 :o 幸運的是, 醬料有做成功, 所以還是很好吃啦~~
