Life Without Limbs
This guy in the video below – Nick Vujicic – was our school captain back in primary school (same year as me). He was school captain for Macgregor State School in 1995, and I also gave my vote for him to be our school captain.
At the time he was already a very cheerful person. I can still remember seeing him play handball with classmates! Remember in school how they make you learn how to dance, including the famous “Heel & Toe Polka”, Nick could do it too!
Although he was born wihout limbs, his intellect is not affected in anyway. He studied in mainstream schools, and even have a double degree from university! It’s great to see how he’s accomplished so much throughout the years.
Now he’s a full-time preacher (see Life Without Limbs) and also does some financial investment stuff. He really is a motivation, and probably has accomplished a lot more than us “normal people” with arms and legs.
He’s a living proof that people should not give up on their dreams. There’s always a purpose in life. Anything is possible – dream it & work for it!
