Apricot & Orange Muffins
Made some yummy muffins this evening using a recipe book I received as a gift a few years ago~ The most time consuming part was chopping up dried apricot and melting things using the pot… else everything was really easy. My bro said the apricot made it too sour, maybe next time I can use less apricots.
Going out now~ to deliver the freshly baked muffins~ and to work on the 2 church grant proposal with Carlos, and youth web site design. Hopefully we’ll get things done tonight…
